Email issues

Posted on March 29th, 2012

Good afternoon all,

MWEB is currently experiencing slow international browsing and email and this is unfortunately affecting us with regards to emailed queries and collections.

This means that we might not receive your emailed collection timeously before the collection cut off time. If you haven’t received your reference number within ten minutes of placing a collection, please contact our CSD department on (021) 528 1000 to ensure that your collection is placed.

Thank you for your patience. Updates will posted throughout the course of the day.
